  We were looking for an indoor and an outdoor storage space in Parksville and decided to go with PQ Self Storage. We were impressed with the customer … More service of Tom and Michael. The outdoor spaces are monitored with camera's and the indoor spaces are warm and easy to access. The only thing was that a light in the indoor space would have been nice but not a big deal for us. We would recommend PQSS to anyone looking for a storage space.

  Feeling really bummed
  Stored my things here past 6 months.
  I reported I felt my stuff had been gone through and my TV was missing.
  Response … More was I don't know how that could happen?
  Going through all my boxes now
  Unpacking.
  My box with leather jacket (Hawaii Hard Rock) many miles on it 😪 and Harley leather boots are gone
  No idea what else was in it.
  Now I wonder what more I will find gone.
  Insurance doesn't cover the items that have sentimetal value.
  You would think they would have cameras they could look at
  The TV was there in mid January and gone in March.
  I feel very sad 😔
  Finding more gone as I unpack, full tool box is mixing.
  I feel this was an inside job.
